JIM'S VIEWThe view from Jim's window over river Lea, Lee Valley, East London.

"My view is one I've had since the end of summer 2006, so I've been able to watch the trees shed their leaves and the skies change through the seasons. This is great as the view from my last two windows were a wall, and a wall (albeit with a bit of parkland visible over the top) so seeing the river Lea in Lee Valley, East London (on the edge of the Olympic zone) every day is a real treat. So much so that I'm beginning to wish I worked from home again. The best bit has to be seeing the rowing club every Saturday and Sunday exercising. The girls wear such wickedly long sports socks"

FERNANDA'S VIEW The view from Fernanda's window in Vila Velha, Espírito Santo, Brazil.

"I have the most amazing view from my window, and here it is! I live in a city called Vila Velha, wich is realy close to the capital of my state (Vitória is the capital of Espírito Santo - and Espírito Santo means "holy spirit"). These two cities are kind of like twins, really really close to each other, there's only a bridge of 3.5km between them. And my house is in Vila Velha, but when in frnt of my window what we see is Vitória! It's really amazin, you're in a city and get to see another city landscape! I hope you like it, and come visit Brazil someday cause it's really an amazing place to see!"

DAN'S VIEW The view from Dan's window on Cleveland Street. London, UK.

"This is the view down Cleveland Street in London at 8am this morning. The
building on the left has 24 cable TV studios in it: taxi's come to collect the stars of late night quiz shows at 3am in the morning, and leave their car engines running whislt they wait. It makes my windows vibrate loudly, and me curse quietly!"

"Love this blog, it's great to see the many different views you can wake up
to and it's a nice gentle reminder that there's always a different perspective - only wish I could add a more interesting view!"

PAUL'S NYE VIEW The view from Paul's window on new years eve in London, UK.

This picture was taken just after dawn when the sunlight reflects off the metal exterior of the building"
